Police say sixteen people have now died after the Wednesday protest against the arrest of Uganda’s presidential candidate, Robert Kyagulanyi, alias Bobi Wine. An abandoned bomb in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa, exploded on Sunday. A total of three fatalities were confirmed from the incident.
