Why 5G Electromagnetic signal is not COVID-19
5G tower

5G electromagnetic signal has nothing to do with COVID-19. We would disclose the reasons why 5G has nothing to do with COVID-19. Over the weekend there have been several attacks on phone towers located in the United Kingdom. At least, 20 phone tower masts have been vandalized. And three of those towers were set ablaze by the ignorance of most people around the area. Most people have been misinformed and this misinformation has created fear and ignorance.

The funny thing is that this theory has been spewed up from nowhere and it has also been spread by online conspiracy theorists and celebrities. The conspiracy theory also claims that the introduction of the 5G network is either accelerating or causing the spread of the coronavirus. Here we would state the reason why the conspiracy theory is baseless.

Radio waves carrying 5G are non-ionizing

5G and other network families like 2G, 3G, and 4G are transmitted through radio waves. These waves comprise the electromagnetic spectrum that exists in the air. This spectrum also involves X-rays, Microwaves, and Visual light. The 5G radio waves are non-ionizing, which means it can’t alter or damage your DNA. The 5G higher frequency is still part of the unused radio wave network.

Wuhan, China was not the first city to have 5G

It was claimed that Wuhan, China was the first city to begin 5G trials. This makes it true since the city was the virus epicenter. Unfortunately, this theory is wrong, Wuhan is not the first city to adopt the 5G network. The first country to adopt this network was South Korea, in April 2019. This was almost seven months before the first case was discovered. Surprisingly, by mid-June 2019 South Korea has managed to have over one million 5G users.

Recently, the coronavirus cases in South Korean are just over ten thousand and China has more than eighty thousand. The coronavirus also has a profound effect in countries with no 5G networks such as Iran, Ghana, Nigeria, and more.

The virus is inactive to the electromagnetic signal of 5G

The coronavirus does not respond to signals from 5G or any other sort of mobile signals such as 2G, 3G, and 5G. This disputes the theory which states that the viruses can communicate with each other through electromagnetic signals. And also spreading faster by the influence of the 5G network, nowadays, there’s no evidence a virus is produced or affected by electromagnetic signals.

5G helps people stay indoors

The vandalization of cellular towers shows how people are effective in keeping their environment safe. But this vandalization doesn’t stop the effect of the coronavirus or keep you indoor.

“The truth is the networks are important to us, especially at a time when we request that people should stay at home and not see friends and relatives. Therefore, those towers also help our phone networks in terms of emergencies and safety of our health workers,” says Michael Grove, UK cabinet minister, on the tower attacks.

There must always be an advancement in technology to an extent we no longer have to reach out for help, travel to keep in touch, and more.
