The Powerful Tools We Can Use During These Changing Times

[post_slider]

It might be rough at the moment, and you might think that it will never get back to normal. I will share with you three powerful tools when used appropriately can make this situation turn into an opportunity or somewhat change your perspective. The delightful news is, they are within us. The first tool is our body, and the second tool is our mind, and lastly is our heart (Our Soul).

I know a lot of questions are running into your mind right now. Right now, what’s worth thinking of is how we can use these tools to have the best experience in life and these challenging times. This article will answer the question of HOW? Let us dive into it.

The Body

Have you ever imagined a life without a body? Leave alone the imagination part; it will be considered insane even to imagine such a thing.

Our body plays a significant role in that we need to appreciate each time. It helps us experience things that will be capable of if it never existed. The body allows us to type beautiful messages and reach out to friends and relatives, walk from one place to another exercise. It also allows us to accomplish different goals in life. Can you imagine achieving your current goals without the body? It is near to impossible!

It is upon us to evaluate ourselves and choose the emotions we want to experience in our bodies. You have the power to decide if you’re going to experience pain or experience incredible emotions and feelings through your body. The power is within you. Therefore, lets put our body into use and have an enjoyable experience for the things we couldn’t have done when it never existed.

The Mind

Our mind is an excellent servant but a poor master. We give our minds the power to take control of us or instead use us. Don’t give your brain the functions set aside for your Soul or rather your heart. The heart is the commander, while the mind is virile, which listens to what the heart has to say. It’s prudent to pay attention to what the heart is saying and then execute rationally what the Soul is commanding.

Maybe your biggest question at the moment is, how will you know it is your Soul commanding and not your ego or your mind playing tricks on you! It’s simple. To be sure, ask yourself this question; ‘Am I acting from a place of fear or acting from a place of love? If the latter is correct, you will have the answer right away. Otherwise, it would be best if you went deep down, find the fear, and disestablish that pattern. That’s not enough, but you would go a step ahead and ask yourself a question whose answer will make you sure of your actions. The question you need to ask yourself is; What would I do if I was acting from a place of love?

Before taking action, always make sure that your act is out of love and certainty. Your ego will try to play tricks on you; be careful for you (your Soul, infinite you) are in control.

The Soul

Connecting to your Soul is very vital. I can’t stress it enough. How does one link to the Soul? We can connect to our souls via our hearts. Once connected to your Soul, you are connected to the Universe, to God, to your higher self. At these hard times, there is outside noise and confusing that connecting to our higher selves plays a more significant role and delivers wonders. By connecting to your higher self, means you have turned down the outer noise and confusion. After connecting to the inner self, what you have to do is to ask questions and listen. You will be surprised by how fast the answers come by and how clear they get with each practice. The answers may manifest in the form of the four powerful, intuitive gifts we have; inner voice, a strong feeling, through vision, or an inner knowing of what to do next.

Take life as a journey, not a destination, and all in it will be enjoyable. Stay tuned for self-improvement articles.
