The Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda inked three bilateral cooperation agreements on Saturday following a meeting between the two presidents of state. On Saturday, during Rwandan President Paul Kagame’s visit to Goma, when he met with his Congolese counterpart Felix Tshisekedi, the agreements were signed.
