Prince Harry, son to Prince Charles and Princess Diana of Wales, was recently married to a former actress Meghan Markle on 19 May 2018. Queen Elizabeth, the second promoted the husband and wife as Duke and Duchess of Sussex and Meghan was welcomed to the famous British royal family.

Following a piece of royal source news, the royal family has had some awkward moments for a while now. Prince Harry addressed the public with great sorrow that he wanted a different path for his family and that they will no longer carry out royal duties as they used to. He and his wife also dropped their envious positions as Duke and Duchess.
With much hope and joy after the union of these two, much was expected of them. People around the world anticipated that they would make significant strides and changes. Still, unfortunately, it seems that for years they have had family challenges that resulted in Prince Harry making such a tough decision.
Inside the life of the Queen and the aftermath of the family
After Harry made a hard decision, his grandmother Queen Elizabeth the second, came up with a public statement. She confirmed that Prince Harry, his wife, and family would no longer be in the royal family. She says that the family wanted to be more independent as Harry wanted, and indeed, she readily backed up his idea and respected it.
In the statement that was made, it is said that Meghan and her family would be deprived of the first privileges that they received. They were denied the public funds, which helped them to carry out their day to day royal roles. The imperial security that they enjoyed was also left in question since dropping their royal titles meant losing the advantages too, which they received while in service to the Queen.
What Next?
Dropping their titles also earned them a hard task. They are expected to return about $3million of the taxpayers. This money was used to fix up their beautiful home in Windsor estate.
Harry and Meghan also decided to close their office that was located in Buckingham Palace, since they are not working there anymore. Some 15 employees suffered due to this decision by losing their jobs. Reorganizations in the royal household are expected to take place immediately since a gap has been created by the senior couple quitting their duties.
The future life of the family
After Harry and Meghan left the palace, they decided to settle away from the United Kingdom and went to Canada for a fresh start. Harry has done all this because he wants a peaceful life for his wife together with their son Archie which, to him, believes that was the best option since they wanted to be financially stable and independent.
The British people, together with the UK Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, wished the best for the couple as they left the royal house. Much is expected from the royal family as they find a way forward through the situation.
