The African Union (AU) reprimanded Tunisia and advised it to avoid using “racialized hate speech” after President Kais Saied ordered it the expulsion of undocumented migrants, referring to immigration as a scheme to alter the country’s demography.

Eric Zemmour, a French politician who is on the far right, liked what he said.
Saied denied being racist and reassured legitimate immigrants in Tunisia.
