[post_slider]

Before the world evolved into today’s level of technology, communication between people was very difficult. Trade was challenging and little happened around the e-commerce sector. However, the brains of great men who had amazing stories could make the world a small living community. They developed technological platforms that enabled people to trade, communicate, and relate with one another easily. Now there are tech firms under antitrust investigations. What happened?

Antitrust Investigations and the behavior pattern

Some of these tech platforms or companies are Facebook, Google, Amazon, and Apple. People consider them to be the biggest tech firms in the world since they control a larger territory of the tech industry. When these companies started, people had hope that the world would become even a smaller living society. Unfortunately, these same companies are involved in some inappropriate anti-competitive behavior patterns.

The Dark Side Of These Big Tech Firms

Apart from Google having its antitrust issues, the other 3 firms are no better. Recently, some lawmakers challenged the CEOs of the big 4 tech companies. They are under antitrust investigations. Last month, the lawmakers in antitrust scrutiny into the tech field were working on how some names in the sector have increased. The procedure challenged Zuckerberg and Jeff Bezos.

The Committee Findings

The committee investigating concern found bothersome behaviors that firms show. This includes how a certain firm influences distribution and misuse control to increase domination.

David Cicilline challenged the Google company for being watchful on rivals in search. He mentioned emails found through the scrutiny between Google workers worried about how rival firms were increasingly influential.

The committee is planning to give a report showing its findings. The Federal Trade Commission and the Justice Department are the ones with the power to punish the big tech firms over unethical practices.
