MTN Zambia Ready to Introduce New Products

MTN Zambia is ready to introduce a new set of digital products to the Zambian market. These products are an effort to “provide benefits of a modern lifestyle to its customers” says Lisa Mulozi, Manager of communications at MTN Zambia. The new products are expected to enhance customer experience and deepen digital inclusion, as stated by MTN Zambia’s CMO, Seun Soladoye.

“Our customers are always at the center of what we do. And we are always working hard to ensure that we deliver the most and best innovative products and services at an affordable cost. This goes along with our mandate of enhancing digital transformation in Zambia. And also leading the discovery of a bold, new digital world for our customers,” he says

About the product

He also stated the new promotion will allow customers to have access to Vskit and Mingletainment apps. Users will have access for a nominal subscription of $0.06 per month. Vsit is a popular app used for creating fun and interesting videos for entertainment. The Mingletainment is a popular application that lets people enjoy live radio and music while chatting and staying in contact with family and friends. Customers can also enjoy TV services on their smartphones through DStv Now and MTN TV+ data bundles.

“Our customers can now enjoy their favorite TV shows and movies on the go by downloading and using MTN TV+ for free and by subscribing to a DSTV Now Data Bundle for as low as K5 for a daily bundle. MTN Customers can also subscribe to a Weekly or Monthly Data Bundle depending on their preference and usage. And then users can continue to enjoy their favorite TV shows, movies, and sports wherever they are through the convenience of their smartphones,” he ends.

Aims to improve services

MTN has also decided to release new services throughout March for its customers to enjoy. This aims to strengthen its customer base and also ensure its customers are comfortable when using those services. These services are also created to deliver effective and efficient results. It also produces optimal satisfaction to its consumers or subscribers.

To improve services and usability, MTN Zambia ensures its product is delivered to its consumers effectively. The awareness has brought a new level of demand by which consumers begin to recognize the product as being capable of meeting their needs. MTN is devoted to connecting people and communities through data services and voice. They also aim at changing lives for the better in this digital world.
