The Nigerian president, Muhammadu Buhari has called on world leaders to investigate the recent airstrike on a migrant center near Tripoli, Libya which led to the loss of lives and property.
It is believed that incessant killings and terrorist attack are prominent in Africa recently and the leaders of the continent are joining hands to curb the menace in their region, but recently an attack through airstrike was carried out in Libya without knowing those behind the attack.
In his condolence extension to the people of Libya, President Muhammadu Buhari of Nigeria sympathizes with the people of Libya and call on the world leader to investigate the matter and bring justice to affected nation
The outgoing Chairman of Economic Countries of West African States (ECOWAS) and doubled as Nigeria President made this clarion call through his official Twitter account @MBuhari which reads “The airstrike on migrant center near Tripoli, Libya, is inhuman, wicked and callous. An international investigation is required; those behind this horrendous attack on helpless and defenseless people must be brought to justice.”
