At the top of her achievements is being the youngest female in Africa to run an accredited international college. This achievement Caroline Esinam Adzogbie, the 28-year-old Ghanian, an edge and presence in the education sector.
Education Quest
Caroline terms herself as the “quest to uplift Education within Africa.” She founded the Potters International College, which is internationally accredited, in 2016.
For the past seven years, she offers global consultation services to international universities, colleges, and boarding schools to be a link between International Student Recruitment and Institutional partnerships.
Her philanthropic undertakings have also worked to shape her name in the education sector. In the recent past, she has offered a $1M Scholarship Scheme for 120 African students, in addition to the 100-laptop give away project.
Entrepreneur
Education is not all that is on Caroline’s plate. She is also a business mogul. She is the founder and CEO of the Caroline Group. The group has expertise in recruitment, training, education, tours, and management services.
The group includes Admission in 30 Minutes, Caroline Technology Solutions, Everyday Travels and Tours, and Mercy of Heart Foundation.
With a presence in 50 countries and five offices, the company has head offices in Ghana, Kenya, the UK, and the US.

Ambitious yet Charitable
Caroline’s ambition is exceptional. She established her Accra based institution at the early age of 22 while still pursuing her undergraduate studies. When she launched the school as an IT training institution, she studied computer science and business administration.
Other than her remarkable ambitions, she has a huge heart. Caroline Group actively engages in various CSR activities aimed at better people’s lives. Her Mercy of Heart foundation offers scholarship grants that enable deserving students to study a broad tuition-free.
She is described as a lady “who injects enthusiasm and accountability into young women to create engaged, high performing and cohesive structures in their lives and business by enforcing global best practices at the intersection of education and technology.”
